The Noctua NH-U12A has a large 140mm fan that is whisper quiet. This is the Chromax Black edition of Noctua's popular 140mm cooler. This cooler installed comes with 2 fans for each side of the cooler. We only install one fan to reduce the weight of the cooler for shipping. We send with the 2nd fan but it is optional to install. Cooling performance is not significantly different with the 2nd fan installed, so it can be left off.
